The Twelfth Messenger

Edward Vaughan Kenealy, the Twelfth Messenger of God, was born in the British Isles on July 2, 1819.  The mission of the Twelfth Messenger was to restore and harmonize the true teachings of God as revealed to him and the eleven Messengers who preceded him: Adam, Enoch, Fo-Hi, Brigoo, Zaratusht (Zoroaster), Thoth, Amosis (Moses), Lao-Tsu, Jesus, Mohammed, and Genghis Khan.

The Apocalypse of Adam, and the books of Enoch and Fo-Hi were issued by the Twelfth Messenger during his lifetime. The Testament of Jesus was published after his death by CW Hillyear, a student of the Twelfth Messenger who published several companion volumes to help establish the basis for humanity's return to the one true primeval religion of Monotheism.

As Mr. Hillyear wrote in Monotheism versus Priestcraft (Article 67): "All the copies of the ancient scriptures to which men have had access up to the present time are more or less corrupt, and therefore liable to lead them astray. The wilfulness of the priesthood, and their carelessness; errors in, and difficulties of translation; the vicissitudes of temporal things in general: such are the causes which have led to this corruption.  The Twelfth Messenger has restored the pure teaching of his predecessors; so in this age of printing they are much more likely to be preserved intact, than any of the revelations given before his time could be expected to remain. Their own internal evidence proclaims them to be of God: this is the best test of any book claiming to be an inspired production. Till the Books of God are its scriptures, and the Supreme Father is acknowledged to be the true and only Head of the Church, the so-called churches of the country must be necessarily baseless, and hopeless for real and lasting good in the world."

The editor of this site wholeheartedly agrees with Mr. Hillyear.  In fact, these words ring true just as much today as they did when they were written over 100 years ago.

The Church of God

The works of the Twelfth Messenger have been collected, digitized, and restored so that they may be made available as a Light of Truth for humanity in this spiritually barren, so-called modern age.  The editor is willing, able and prepared to lead the restoration of the Church of God which will be built upon the Twelfth Messenger's foundation stones.  He humbly solicits the aid of all those who are willing to engage in this noble endeavor. The congregation will meet for the first time at midnight on July 2, 2019, the 200th anniversary of the birth of the Twelfth Messenger. Those who wish to take up the mantle of Monotheism alongside the editor must read, absorb and assimilate the Truth as revealed in these volumes.  Each man and woman is likely to find his or her own sources of inspiration in the Book of God.  Nevertheless, the editor wishes to share his personal inspiration found in the following words of the Twelfth Messenger from the Book of Enoch (Part I).  Glory be to God.

"I am perfectly convinced that every rational man will come to the very conclusions to which I invite him if he will only with a sincere desire to discover Truth, pursue the line of investigation mapped out for him in these Essays.  The great majority of mankind cannot effectually do this, for they must labour for their bread: but there are at all times men of leisure who can do so, and upon their teachings of the masses I rely in a great measure for the promulgation of truly heavenly knowledge.  For purposes of this sublime nature it would seem as if Beneficent Power had given them that leisure, and I can conceive no greater misuse of life than to employ it in selfish idleness, or sensual gratification, while so many millions perish every year in the sloughs of ignorance and midnight darkness."
