"The Editor invites communications from those who would wish to aid and see the Primitive Church reestablished in harmony with these Revelations. 

 

He wishes to re-unite on one broad basis all those whose faith has been shaken by the prevailing scepticism, and, who, disbelieving in all Churches, are so unhappy as to have none. 

 

He believes that there are many who only want a common centre to form a True Church of the Children of Heaven, with real Theism for its basis, and the Scriptures of the Messengers for its creed."
